General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of Natura Nova for Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein

1. Scope and conclusion of contract

These GTC apply to all contracts concluded by Natura Nova with customers domiciled or having their registered office in Switzerland or the Principality of Liechtenstein. By placing an order, the customer accepts these GTC in the version valid at the time.

Deliveries, services and offers are made exclusively in accordance with these GTC. Natura Nova reserves the right to amend the GTC at any time. The version published on the website at the time of the order shall apply.

2. Offer and conclusion of contract

The offers in the online shop, by e-mail, telephone or by any other means are deemed to be an invitation to submit an offer.

By placing an order, the customer submits a binding offer to conclude a contract. Natura Nova may refuse orders without stating reasons. A contract is only concluded once Natura Nova has confirmed dispatch or shipped the goods.

Input errors and transmission errors are the responsibility of the customer and do not entitle the customer to withdraw from the contract. If the personal credit limit is exceeded, Natura Nova may refuse delivery.

3. Prices

All prices are stated in Swiss francs (CHF) and include statutory value added tax. Prices are subject to change.

4. Delivery

Deliveries are made exclusively to addresses in Switzerland or the Principality of Liechtenstein. Shipping days are working days. The delivery time is usually 2–3 working days from the dispatch date.

Shipping costs are calculated separately. From CHF 60, Natura Nova delivers free of shipping costs (PostPac Priority). There is no minimum order value.

If a parcel cannot be delivered due to omissions or failures on the part of the customer, the costs incurred will be charged to the customer.

5. Availability

Not all products are available at all times. Natura Nova will inform customers in the event of delivery delays or products being sold out. There is no automatic subsequent delivery. Unavailable products must be ordered again.

6. Right of withdrawal

The statutory right of withdrawal is 14 days from receipt of the goods. In addition, Natura Nova voluntarily grants an extended return right of 30 days from receipt of the goods for unopened, undamaged and originally sealed products.

7. Payment

Payment can be made by credit card, Twint, PostFinance, PayPal or advance payment. Natura Nova may carry out a credit check.

In the event of late payment, Natura Nova may suspend further deliveries. Outstanding claims may be transferred to a debt collection agency, for example in accordance with www.fairpay.ch.

8. Retention of title

The goods remain the property of Natura Nova until full payment has been made.

9. Liability and warranty

Natura Nova is not liable for typing errors, pricing errors or delayed/non-delivery.

Upon handover of the goods to the shipping company, benefit and risk pass to the customer. Natura Nova is not liable for deposit or delivery errors by the postal service.

The customer is obliged to inspect the goods immediately and to report any defects in writing within 7 days. In the case of justified defects, Natura Nova will, at its discretion, provide a replacement or grant a price reduction. Further claims are excluded.

10. Data protection

Personal data is treated confidentially and in accordance with applicable data protection law. Data is only passed on where necessary for the performance of the contract, for example to the postal service or payment service providers.

The Privacy Policy forms part of these GTC.

11. Copyright

Texts, images and content on the Natura Nova website are protected by copyright and may only be used with express consent.

12. Place of jurisdiction and applicable law

Swiss law applies exclusively. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of Natura Nova.
