General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of Natura Nova for Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein

1. Scope and Conclusion of Contract These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts concluded by Natura Nova with customers residing or having their registered office in Switzerland or the Principality of Liechtenstein. By placing an order, the customer accepts these General Terms and Conditions in their currently valid version.

Deliveries, services, and offers are provided exclusively in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Natura Nova reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The version published on the website at the time of ordering applies.

2. Offer and conclusion of contract The offers in the webshop, by e-mail, telephone or by other means are considered an invitation to submit an offer.

By placing an order, the customer submits a binding offer to conclude a contract. Natura Nova may reject orders without giving reasons. A contract is only concluded when Natura Nova confirms shipment or dispatches the goods.

Incorrect entries and transmission errors are the customer's responsibility and do not entitle them to withdraw from the contract. Natura Nova may refuse delivery if the customer's personal credit limit is exceeded.

3. Prices All prices are quoted in Swiss francs (CHF) and include VAT. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Shipping costs are calculated separately. Natura Nova offers free shipping (PostPac Economy) on orders over CHF 60. No minimum order value.

4. Delivery. Deliveries are made exclusively to addresses in Switzerland or the Principality of Liechtenstein. Shipping days are working days. The delivery time is usually 2–3 working days from the shipping date.

If a package cannot be delivered due to the customer's negligence, the resulting costs will be invoiced.

5. Availability: Not all products are available at all times. Natura Nova will inform you of any delivery delays or out-of-stock items. There is no automatic restocking. Unavailable products must be reordered.

6. Right of Withdrawal You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods (postmark applies). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. A refund will be issued after the returned goods have been inspected.

The following are excluded from the right of withdrawal:

  • Opened or unsealed food products and food supplements

  • Items with hygiene requirements (e.g., opened personal care products)

  • Unsealed CDs, DVDs or books

In case of damage or signs of wear, we reserve the right to make an appropriate deduction.

7. Payment Payment is possible by credit card, Twint, PostFinance, PayPal or prepayment. Natura Nova may conduct a credit check.

In case of late payment, Natura Nova may suspend further deliveries. Outstanding receivables may be handed over to a debt collection agency (e.g., according to www.fairpay.ch ).

8. Retention of Title The goods remain the property of Natura Nova until full payment has been received.

9. Liability and Warranty Natura Nova is not liable for typographical errors, pricing errors or delayed/non-deliveries.

Risk and title to the goods pass to the customer upon handover to the shipping company. Natura Nova is not liable for errors in handling or delivery by the postal service.

The customer is obligated to inspect the goods immediately and report any defects in writing within 7 days. For justified defects, a replacement or price reduction will be provided at the customer's discretion. Further claims are excluded.

10. Data Protection Personal data will be treated confidentially and in accordance with applicable data protection law. Data will only be shared if necessary for contract processing (e.g., postal service, payment service providers).

The privacy policy is part of these terms and conditions.

11. Copyright Texts, images and content on the Natura Nova website are protected by copyright and may only be used with express permission.

12. Jurisdiction and applicable law . Swiss law applies exclusively. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of Natura Nova.
