Orders & Shipping
After completing your order, you will automatically receive an order confirmation via email. This email contains your order number and an overview of the items ordered. If you do not receive a confirmation, please check your spam folder. If you are unsure, you can contact us at any time.
You can change your delivery address as long as your order hasn't been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Once your order has been handed over to shipping, changes are unfortunately no longer possible.
We currently ship within Switzerland and to Liechtenstein. You can find out if and when international shipping will be offered in the shipping information in the shop or by contacting our customer service.
Delivery typically takes 1-2 business days from dispatch. You will receive a shipping confirmation via email as soon as your order has been shipped. Please note that delays may occur in exceptional cases (e.g., due to high demand or issues with the shipping provider).
