That's why we work exclusively with long-standing, trusted partners who can provide you with irrefutable proof of the origin and quality of their materials. Even the raw materials themselves undergo rigorous quality control: only materials that meet our stringent purity and quality requirements are used in production.
We have over ten years of professional experience in the fields of botany and micronutrients. This experience directly informs our evaluation and selection of raw materials—we know what matters and can make an informed assessment of a raw material’s quality.
Wherever possible and practical, we rely on regional sources – be it in Switzerland or Germany. The purity of the raw materials is a particularly important criterion for us. Many of our ingredients meet the high standards also applied to pharmacy and drugstore products. This gives us – and you – the assurance of impeccable quality.
The selection is always made according to fixed criteria: suitability for the respective recipe, a clear and as reduced a composition as possible, and complete traceability are paramount.
Made with care
Our products are manufactured with great care in Switzerland and Germany. We maintain personal contact with our manufacturers and know the production facilities and the people behind them. Our production partners have many years of experience and a deep understanding of processing high-quality raw materials.
Production adheres to defined quality standards, including the guidelines of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP). This means that the production process prioritizes meticulous care, documented procedures, and consistent quality.
Before the finished goods leave the manufacturing plant, they undergo a final inspection. Each batch is tested and the results are documented to ensure that only flawless products reach us. For us, this is standard practice and a crucial foundation for the trust we place in our partners.
Packaging with a focus on product protection
Our packaging has a clear purpose: it must protect the contents and preserve their quality. For selected products, especially in the area of dietary supplements, we therefore use amber glass. This material offers reliable protection from light and helps to maintain the stability of light-sensitive ingredients.
We've also thought ahead: Our labels can be easily removed with warm water. This allows the jars to be easily recycled or reused. A small but conscious decision for greater sustainability in everyday life.
Careful storage – for consistent freshness
Once our products have completed production and undergone quality control, they are shipped directly to us – without intermediate storage or unnecessary detours. We personally receive the goods and store them in our own facilities.
But our meticulous care doesn't end after the goods arrive: Every delivery is inspected again upon receipt. We check for integrity, completeness, and compliance with the manufacturer's specifications. Only then do the products find their place in our warehouse – a location with constant temperatures year-round. Regardless of heat waves in summer or frosty days in winter, these consistent conditions help preserve the stability and freshness of the carefully selected ingredients.
This is how we ensure that our products remain in the same condition as when they left the factory, even after weeks and months. For us, responsibility doesn't end with production. This journey isn't complete until you hold the product in your hands. Until then, we do everything we can to maintain its quality.
