Shipping & Delivery

Delivery Area

We deliver within Switzerland and to the Principality of Liechtenstein.

Processing and Shipping

Orders are processed and handed over to the shipping provider on the same business day. Orders received before 3:00 PM are generally delivered to you on the next business day. Shipping is carried out exclusively via Swiss Post (PostPac Priority). As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email. There are no deliveries on Sundays or public holidays.

Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on orders over CHF 60.–. For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee of CHF 7.90 applies.

Partial Deliveries

Partial deliveries are permitted, provided they are reasonable for you. You will not incur any additional shipping costs for this.

Change of Delivery Address

As long as your order has not yet been shipped, it is generally possible to change the delivery address. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@natura-nova.ch and include your order number. Once the order has been handed over to the shipping provider, changes are no longer possible.

Transport Damage

Please check the goods for completeness and obvious damage immediately upon receipt. Please report any transport damage to us promptly via email at info@natura-nova.ch. This does not affect your statutory warranty rights.
