Delivery area

We currently ship within Switzerland and to Liechtenstein.

Processing and shipping

Orders are usually processed by us on the same day and handed over to the shipping provider as soon as possible. Delivery typically takes 1–2 business days after dispatch. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email.

Shipping costs

We offer free shipping on orders over CHF 60. For orders below this amount, the applicable shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.

Delivery information

Please note that delays may occur in individual cases, for example due to high demand, on Sundays and public holidays, or due to the shipping service provider.

Change of delivery address

As long as your order hasn't been shipped, you can generally change the delivery address. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@natura-nova.ch and provide your order number. Unfortunately, changes are no longer possible once the order has been handed over to the shipping provider.
