Zyklus essentia from Natura Nova combines lady's mantle, yarrow, lemon balm, sage and pomegranate in a single capsule with 440 mg of plant complex – complemented by folic acid, vitamin B6 and vitamin B12. Vitamin B6 contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity. Folic acid, B6 and B12 contribute to the normal formation of red blood cells.
Lady's mantle (Alchemilla vulgaris) is one of the best-known plants of the European herbal tradition and has been firmly established in Central European plant knowledge for centuries. Yarrow (Achillea millefolium) complements the formula as a classic European plant. The lemon balm extract is standardised to 2.5% rosmarinic acid; the sage leaf extract provides characteristic plant compounds with a standardisation to 20% polyphenols. Pomegranate (Punica granatum) complements the formula with a polyphenol-rich fruit extract from the Mediterranean region.
