Voluntary right of return

For orders placed through our online shop, we grant you a voluntary right of return of 30 days from receipt of the goods, provided that the goods are unopened, undamaged and still in their original sealed packaging. Returns must be agreed with us in advance.

Products excluded from exchange and return

The following products are excluded from exchange and return in particular:

• opened products
  
• unsealed products
  
• used products
  
• damaged products, unless the damage occurred during shipping
  
• products that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene

Registering a return

If you would like to return an item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at info@natura-nova.ch and provide your order number. Please do not send any goods back to us without prior agreement.

Return shipping costs

The customer bears the return shipping costs, except in the case of incorrectly delivered or damaged items — in these cases, we cover the return shipping costs in full.

Incorrectly delivered or damaged items

If an item has been delivered incorrectly or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately after receipt at info@natura-nova.ch. If possible, please include your order number and meaningful photos so that we can review the case.

Refund

Provided that a return has been confirmed by us and the goods meet the stated requirements, the refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods using the original payment method.
