Voluntary return policy

We offer a voluntary right of return for orders placed through our online shop within 14 days of receiving the goods.

The prerequisite is that the return is agreed upon with us in advance and that the goods are unopened, undamaged and in their original sealed condition.

Products excluded from exchange and return

The following are specifically excluded from exchange and return:

• opened products
  
• unsealed products
  
• products used
  
• Damaged products, provided the damage did not occur during shipping.
  
• Products that are not suitable for return for reasons of health or hygiene protection
  

Register return

If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at info@natura-nova.ch and provide your order number.

Please do not return any goods to us without prior agreement.

Incorrectly delivered or damaged items

Should an item be delivered incorrectly or arrive damaged, please contact us immediately upon receipt at info@natura-nova.ch . If possible, please include your order number and clear photos so we can investigate the matter.

refund

Provided that a return has been confirmed by us and the goods meet the aforementioned requirements, the refund will be issued after inspection of the return via the originally used payment method.
