Shipping policy

Shipping area

We currently deliver within Switzerland and to the Principality of Liechtenstein.

Shipping costs

The shipping costs incurred will be clearly displayed during the ordering process before you complete your order.

Delivery time

Orders are usually processed on the same working day, or at the latest on the next working day, and handed over to the shipping service provider.

After handover to the shipping service provider, the delivery time is usually 1–3 business days.

Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.

Shipping service provider

Shipping is carried out by a shipping service provider selected by us. It is not possible for you to select the shipping service provider.

Partial deliveries

Partial deliveries are permitted, provided they are reasonable for you. You will not incur any additional shipping costs as a result.

Transport damage

Please check the goods for completeness and obvious damage immediately upon receipt.
Transport damage must be reported to us as soon as possible by email to info@natura-nova.ch.

The statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.

Transfer of risk

The risk of accidental loss or accidental deterioration of the goods is transferred to you upon delivery of the goods.
