Two herbs. One calm evening.
Some teas are made for a specific moment. Raselli Organic Evening Tea is one of them – a simple, harmonious combination of two herbs that have been part of evening rituals for centuries: lemon balm and chamomile. No frills, no surprises. Just two herbs that belong together.
Lemon balm brings a delicate, citrusy lightness. Chamomile adds warmth and roundness underneath. The result is a gentle, pleasantly smooth infusion without sharpness or bitterness – a tea that requires no overthinking. Simply infuse, wrap your hands around the cup and let the day slowly come to an end.
Raselli – herbal pioneers since 1991
Behind this tea is not an anonymous packaging company, but a family with a long history. The Raselli family has cultivated its herbs in Valposchiavo since 1991 – a valley in the canton of Graubünden that stretches from the Bernina Massif down to vineyards and orchards. The southern Alpine climate, abundant sunshine and organically cultivated soil all contribute directly to the aroma.
For more than three decades, the farm has been regarded as a pioneer of organic herb cultivation in Switzerland. The herbs are harvested at the optimal time and gently dried at a maximum temperature of 40 °C, helping to preserve the delicate aromatic compounds of lemon balm and chamomile. The tea is packaged directly on site at the Erboristeria in Valposchiavo.
