The Mental essentia Value Pack from Natura Nova contains three units of 90 capsules each, with 500 mg plant complex per capsule – lemon balm, lavender, passionflower and hawthorn, complemented by magnesium bisglycinate and vitamin B6. Vitamin B6 contributes to normal psychological function. Magnesium contributes to the normal function of the nervous system. Magnesium and vitamin B6 contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Lemon balm and lavender are classic plants of the European herbal tradition, known for centuries in the plant knowledge of Central Europe and the Mediterranean region. Hawthorn (Crataegus) is a classic plant of European herbal knowledge. Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata) has long been used in European plant knowledge – the extract used is standardised to 2% vitexin. The lemon balm extract is standardised to 2.5% rosmarinic acid. Magnesium bisglycinate is an organic, highly bioavailable magnesium compound.
Mental essentia is produced in Switzerland according to GMP standards, based on a formula developed by Natura Nova. Only laboratory-tested plant extracts and powders are used. Every batch is tested for purity, identity and microbiological parameters. The HPMC capsule shell is fully vegan.
