Vitamin B6 contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity. Folic acid, B6 and B12 contribute to the normal formation of red blood cells.

Lady’s mantle (Alchemilla vulgaris) is one of the best-known plants of the European herbal tradition and has been firmly established in Central European plant knowledge for centuries. Yarrow (Achillea millefolium) complements the formula as a classic European plant. The lemon balm extract is standardised to 2.5% rosmarinic acid; the sage leaf extract provides characteristic plant compounds with a standardisation to 20% polyphenols. Pomegranate (Punica granatum) complements the formula with a polyphenol-rich fruit extract from the Mediterranean region.

Zyklus essentia is produced in Switzerland according to GMP standards, based on a formula developed by Natura Nova. Only laboratory-tested plant extracts and powders are used. Every batch is tested for purity, identity and microbiological parameters. The HPMC capsule shell is fully vegan.
