Six herbs. One valley. One blend.
Not every herbal tea is a blend – and not every blend is thoughtfully composed. Raselli Organic Alpine Herb Tea combines six Alpine herbs to create an infusion that tastes exactly as it sounds: earthy, mild and harmonious. Green herbal notes meet the delicate floral accents of mallow, calendula and blue cornflower, creating an aromatic profile that is neither overpowering nor one-dimensional.
Each herb plays its own role: lady's mantle and ribwort plantain form the green, herbal base. Nettle adds mineral depth. Mallow provides a gentle floral softness, while calendula and blue cornflower add delicate floral accents – making this blend as appealing to look at as it is to brew.
Raselli – herbal pioneers since 1991
Behind this tea is not an anonymous packaging company, but a family with a long history. The Raselli family has cultivated its herbs in Valposchiavo since 1991 – a valley in the canton of Graubünden that stretches from the Bernina Massif down to vineyards and orchards. The southern Alpine climate, abundant sunshine and organically cultivated soil all contribute directly to the aroma.
For more than three decades, the farm has been regarded as a pioneer of organic herb cultivation in Switzerland. The herbs are harvested at the optimal time and gently dried at a maximum temperature of 40 °C to preserve their volatile aromatic compounds. The tea is packaged directly on site at the Erboristeria in Valposchiavo.
Loose-leaf tea – more room to unfold, more aroma
As a loose-leaf tea, the Alpine herb blend comes without tea bags. Whether you use a tea infuser, strainer or French press is entirely up to you. The herbs can unfold freely, allowing the infusion to develop evenly and harmoniously. The result is a clear, delicately aromatic tea that can be enjoyed warm at any time of day – morning, afternoon or evening.
Caffeine-free, with no flavourings or additives. Everything that reaches your cup was cultivated by Raselli in its own fields.
Directly from Valposchiavo – certified organic and fully traceable
All six herbs are organically cultivated in Valposchiavo. Cultivation and processing are handled entirely by the Raselli farm in Le Prese – from the field to the cardboard packaging. No intermediaries and no anonymous supply chains. For you, this means complete transparency and a level of quality that cannot be compared with conventional tea blends from supermarket shelves.
