Peppermint and lemon balm give the tea its fresh, bright base note. Nettle adds mineral depth. Yarrow brings a subtly bitter accent that balances the blend. Thyme and sage round it off with aromatic spice – present, but not dominant. The result is a mild, fresh infusion with character, one you can drink every day without it ever becoming boring.

Raselli – herbal pioneers since 1991

Behind this tea is not an anonymous packaging company, but a family with a long history. The Raselli family has cultivated its fields in Valposchiavo since 1991 – a valley in the canton of Graubünden that stretches from the Bernina Massif down to vineyards and orchards. The southern Alpine climate, abundant sunshine and organically cultivated soil all contribute directly to the aroma.

For more than three decades, the farm has been regarded as a pioneer of organic herb cultivation in Switzerland. The herbs are harvested at the optimal time and gently dried at a maximum temperature of 40 °C, helping to preserve the aromatic compounds of all six herbs. The tea is packaged directly on site at the Erboristeria in Valposchiavo.
