Three plants. One tea for the cold season.
Plantain, thyme and pink cornflower – three herbs that have belonged to the cold season for generations. Together they create a tea that harmonises body and mind and accompanies you through winter.
This organic tea from Raselli combines three carefully selected plants – no blends from mass cultivation, no flavourings, no artificial additives. What's in your cup is exactly what grew in the Valposchiavo.
Raselli – herb pioneers since 1991
Behind this tea stands no anonymous bottling plant, but a family with history. The Rasellis have been growing their herbs in the Valposchiavo since 1991 – a side valley of Graubünden stretching from the Bernina massif down to vineyards and orchards. The southern alpine climate, the hours of sunshine, the organic soil: all of this flows directly into the aroma.
For over three decades, the farm has been regarded as a pioneer of organic herb cultivation in Switzerland. The harvest takes place at the optimal time, and drying is done gently at a maximum of 40 °C – so that the volatile aromatic substances and plant compounds aren't destroyed by heat. Packaging takes place on site at the Erboristeria in the Valposchiavo.
Loose tea – more aroma, more control
This tea comes as loose leaf – as loose tea for a tea infuser, strainer or French press. No bag, no paper wrapper, no compromise on the infusion. The plant parts can unfold freely – the result is a warm, herbaceous infusion with a soft floral note.
Ideal for the cold season: several times a day as a warming cup, completely caffeine-free.
Swiss origin, organic-certified, straight from the valley
Origin and processing lie entirely in the hands of the Raselli farm – from the seed to the cardboard packaging. One farm, one valley, three plants. For you, that means maximum traceability and a quality that's not comparable with conventional tea blends from the supermarket shelf.
